McLeod Loris Seacoast Hospital seeks to hire an Advanced Practice Provider Leader to join the coastal Hospitalist Department. Due to the coastal hospital growth, the Hospitalist Team has expanded the APP services; therefore, an Advanced Practice Provider Lead is needed to the support of a strong and growing APP Team for hospital rounding, admitting and discharging. Hospitalist and leadership experienced required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Conducts regular APP meetings at a minimum quarterly

-Builds relationships, identifies clinical opportunities, reviews and escalates quality and staffing concerns, participates in APP recruitment

-Reports to the Medical Director and Team Leaders VP, Patient Care Services

-Participates in the APP Credentials Committee, the System APP Advisory Council and any other applicable standing McLeod Loris Seacoast Committee

-Reviews quality metrics with staff as requested

-Serves as a preceptor for APP students and new hire APP's in the department

-Participates in APP scheduling

-Reviews flow metrics and implements standards to improve throughput in the department

-Assists in evaluation of APP's
