Lead Appian Developer

Appian developer lead supporting the GOCRS Appian based applications. - Lead of agile scrum team. - Participate in story grooming, design, testing and implementation. - Work on both initiative based projects, BAU efforts along with break/fix and triage.
Required Skills
1. 8-10 years of software delivery and development
2. 4+ years of Appian development experience; 21.x and above preferred.
3. Solid understanding of BPM based platforms. Understanding of Authentication and Authorization mechanisms.
4. Experience in coding/configuration of SAIL, Process Model, Expression, Groups and Roles, Web API, Integration etc.
5. Ability to analyze and debug complex SAIL/expression scripts.
6. Familiar with Agile delivery methodology and Participate in grooming sessions and be able to work with business partners to build and finalize delivery requirements.
7. Solid fundamentals in programming languages such as .NET/Java and JavaScript, and integration technologies such a rest APIs, web services, ESB, JEE Application Servers - JBOSS, WebSphere, Web Servers - Apache, IIS.
8. Relational databases management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL). MS SQL preferred.
9. Hands on experience on logging & Monitoring tools like Splunk, Siteminder and App Dynamics.
10. Knowledge on consuming and exposing APPIAN Smart services. Experience creating and consuming custom Plugins.
11. Experience in building frameworks. (Reference Apps/Plugins/Servlets using Appian API)
12. Experience with Ping Access or SSO is plus.
13. Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications.
Desired Skills
1. Agile and SCRUM experience
2. Appian BPM Certification, preferred.
3. Sound Knowledge of Appian Architecture (Software and System Requirements, Appian Labs )
4. Strong problem solving and design skills. Quick learner and self-starter.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Experience working with C#/Java and knowledge on Javascript & angular framework.
7. Hands on experience HTML/CSS.
8. Experience with JIRA.
9. Experience leading Agile delivery team.
10. Experience working with monitoring tools like APPD, Splunk, SM etc.
