Title: Lead Architect - Performance Engineer (Remote)

Location: St. Louis, ML

Onsite/ Remote/ Hybrid: Hybrid

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related fields

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive non-functional testing strategy for enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, reliability and efficiency across projects
  • Forecast system capacity needs based on load test data and business projections. Plan for peak load scenarios, including high-traffic periods like product launches, open enrollment, Game-day and etc
  • Provide leadership to a team of performance tested guiding them on best practices, performance testing and methodologies and the of Neoload/Loadrunner
  • Organize training sessions to enhance the teams skills in advanced performance testing techniques, neoload functionalities and performance analysis
  • Work closly with stakeholders such as developers, system architects and products owners to ensure the performance testing strategy aligns with overall business goals and system architecture
  • Taking care of E2E performance testing activities for a program level
  • Ensure that the performance testing efforts are aligned with end-users expectations and business objectives, focusing on improving customer experience

Must have:
  • Should be an individual contributor, lead and own responsibility and able to handle project E2E.
  • Should be good in NeoLoad (Scripting & execution), Dynatrace monitoring and root cause analysis. Preferably Web & Citrix Protocol
  • Experience in Citrix Performance testing
  • Experience/Knowledge in Chaos Engineering concepts & methodology is must
  • Knowledge in Healthcare Domain and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology
  • Load Testing Methodology in AWS
