The Senior/Lead Asset Management Administrator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of asset data within a natural gas utilitys asset management system. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of asset management principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of Asset Management Administrators.
Responsibilities:
Oversight and Quality Assurance: Provide strategic oversight and direction for asset data management processes. Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Asset Management Administrators, providing guidance, training, and support.
Data Conflict Resolution: Resolve complex data conflicts and inconsistencies, working closely with stakeholders to reach consensus.
Asset Records Management: Independently review, analyze, and verify asset data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential data quality issues.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve asset data management processes and implement enhancements.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
System Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the customer's asset management system and its capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a lead role
- Proven experience in asset management, data management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Asset Suite 8
- Knowledge of the Natural Gas Industry
- Proficiency in data analysis and management tools.
