The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Risk Management AWS services and Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift with no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with our business objectives.

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using AWS Cloud Formation AWS Glue and AWS Lambda.
- Oversee the integration of AWS CloudWatch and AWS IAM to ensure robust monitoring and security.
- Provide expertise in Apache Spark and Python to develop and optimize data processing pipelines.
- Utilize AWS Glue Catalog and Amazon S3 for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Implement data modeling techniques to support complex data structures and relationships.
- Apply NoSQL database solutions to manage large volumes of unstructured data.
- Ensure compliance with Risk Management protocols to mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify and address system vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all architectural designs and implementations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in architecture and solution design.
- Demonstrate expertise in AWS Cloud Formation AWS Glue AWS Lambda and AWS IAM.
- Show proficiency in Apache Spark Python and data modeling techniques.
- Have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Display a solid understanding of Risk Management principles.
- Experience with NoSQL databases and Amazon S3 is essential.
