Remote IT Business Analyst / Project Lead Job:

Contract Pay Rate Range: $50-60.00 based on experience

As an IT Business Analyst / Project Lead you will at facilitate projects in a dual role as a Project Lead and Lead Business Analyst. In this role d elivering the highest quality project deliverables, communicating effectively, documentation, and building & maintaining relationships with technical and business stakeholders will be key.

Responsibilities of the Remote IT Business Analyst / Project Lead Job:

• Develop project plan and timeline in Microsoft Project following the Waterfall Project Management Methodology and Standards.
• Create project Gantt charts visualizing assumptions, predecessors, dependencies, levels of effort
• Partner with business and developments team to define business and functional requirements, and document the appropriately.
• Communicate project status regularly, ensuring follow-ups with appropriate team(s) when necessary.
• Organize and participate in system testing.
• Supports Triple Constraint methodology.
• Previous experience with business analysis and project management
• Ability to manage project status and timelines on a small & large scale
• Able to communicate & work through cross-team dependencies and various stakeholders in the business.

Desired Qualifications of the IT Business Analyst / Project Lead Job:

• Hands on exposure to Microsoft Project or equivalent Gantt charting/timeline tool .

• Experience with the preparation of IT timelines and work-breakdown structures.
• Ability to collaborate with developers to determine proper estimations of duration, predecessors and cascading impacts to changing scope/priorities.
• Creates deliverables such as business process flows, what's changing, business requirements, test plans, test scripts, cutover plans, and key learnings.
