Lead Caregiver - Guaranteed Full-Time! | $19/hour

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and reliable Lead Caregiver willing to use their expertise to provide top-of-the-line care to seniors living within the Greater St. Louis area. We are looking for a self-starter with open daytime availability willing to start new client cases, introduce staff to clients, conduct client visits, mentor caregivers, and fulfill last minute care needs.

Our ideal Lead Caregiver will work with clients of various care needs (from companionship, hands on assistance, total care, etc.), being around pets, and will commute within the Greater St. Louis area. If your schedule is flexible, you take pride in your ability to care for seniors, and you are patient and willing to teach others - this is the position for you!

Schedule:

• Days and Evenings; 4 to 12-hour shifts
• Every-other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week!
• On Call

Our Clients Reside in:

• St. Louis County
• St. Charles County
• Jefferson County
• Saint Louis City and surrounding areas

Lead Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Companionship and one-on-one conversation
• Assistance with ADLs (dressing, bathing, hygiene, etc.)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Fulfilling client transportation needs: running errands, appointments, etc.
• Supporting the needs of the family
• Attending regularly scheduled client visits + drop-in visits
• On-site training for Continuum caregivers
• Conducting new client or new caregiver introductions
• Being On-Call for last-minute staffing needs to support continuous client care

The ideal Lead Caregiver would:

• Have CNA or PCT experience
• Have experience caring for persons with memory, mental, and or physical challenges
• Be positive, engaging, and take a proactive approach
• Be task-orientated and have great time-management
• Possess a valid Driver's License (no suspensions)
• Reliable transportation - must provide proof of insurance and own vehicle
