Lead Client Solution Analyst

PRIMARY FUNCTION :

To serve as first line IS liaison for complex client network service requests including, but not limited to, desktop solutions, servers, LANs and mainframe services. Provide leadership and direction for Client Solutions Analysts and Trainees. Communicate regularly with Network and Technology Services Management team concerning recommendations for improving client services and support.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field Preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum five years experience with managing complex project implementations and a proven knowledge and understanding of the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital technical operating environment.
