Lead Clinical RN or LPN – Stockton Clinic

Position will serve as lead to Stockton Clinic team members for assignments, scheduling, training, goal-setting, time entry/approval, and performance reviews. Duties will include but not be limited to: Follow and maintain all regulatory requirements, organizational policies and protocols, and professional business ethics rules; obtain vital signs and room patients; assist with provider assessments; document patient health information and OV notes into EMR system; assist with procedures and exams; if necessary, scribe provider dictation in to electronic health records; communicate with patient, family members and/or advocate to ensure full understanding of treatment and follow-up plans; may administer vaccinations and/or non-prescription medicines as well as change bandages or would dressings. Qualifications, skills, and abilities desired to succeed in this position include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or LPN licensure (unencumbered LPN or RN licensure for state of Missouri); advanced skills and experience in administrative duties with 2-3 years in a supervisory role; working knowledge of CAH status and compliance requirements; ability to function independently with flexibility and personal integrity with the drive to ensure exceptional patient care.
