Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Lead

Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant Lead. Is that you?

Work location: 10900 Founders Way - Suite 103 Fort Worth, TX 76244

Work hours: Full Time; 40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

Here's What You Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• Four (4) years of medical assistant experience (REQUIRED)

• CMA - Current Certified Medical Assistant (REQUIRED)

• ACLS or BCLS (PREFERRED)

• NCT (PREFERRED)

• Other Medication Aide certification may be required upon hire

What You Will Do

• Directs and guides back office staff in monitoring and expediting workflow.

• Handles medical supply inventory, orders, and cost control.

• Performs general patient care by following established standards and procedures.

• Greets and prepares patients for the health care provider.

• Obtains and records vital signs and other appropriate information, such as height, weight, drug allergies, current medications and presenting problem.

• Administers ordered medications via oral, topical, rectal, ophthalmic, and/or inhalant administration.

• Administers vaccines via oral, topical, injection and/or nasal administration.
