Position Overview

Provides support, guidance, and expertise to executives/senior management for meetings and events. Back up for the team on other services and projects. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the design, development, and maintains the collaboration services infrastructure.
  • Coordinates or leads creation of architectural framework for servers, hardware, peripherals, and connections. Implements standards and guidelines. Ensure adequate capacity for corporate conferencing needs and identify emerging trends.
  • Coordinates and provides technical support, provisioning, and automation capabilities for conferencing resources utilizing multiple technologies services.
  • Maintains operating efficiency and stability, ensures the security and integrity of all systems and data, and respond to outages and other issues.
  • Provides training and guidance to team members and users as required.
  • Provides regular status, operational, incident, and change reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

EDUCATION:

Required
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred
  • Master's degree and/or LOMA certification

EXPERIENCE:

Required
  • 8+ years of experience managing hybrid collaborations services.
  • Advanced skills in platform management.
  • Advanced understanding of telephony, modern collaboration platforms and life cycle management.
  • Advanced experience installing, configuring, and automating collaboration services.
  • Advanced experience designing and implementing configuration management solutions across various operating systems and SaaS environments.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced investigative, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced ability to set goals and manage multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously; Ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects.
  • Advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge.
  • Advanced skills in customer relationship management and change management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or and set applicable goals.
  • Advanced negotiating and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines.

Preferred
  • 10+ years of experience managing hybrid collaboration services.
  • Insurance industry knowledge
  • Financial industry knowledge

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:



Required
  • Advanced experience working with Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other modern collaboration services.
  • Knowledge of Teams Calling, Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center and Voice Gateways
  • Advanced experience supporting iPhone and iPad.
  • Knowledge of general PC/Mac troubleshooting
  • Advanced knowledge of administering AirWatch UEM
  • Advanced expertise planning and physically installing equipment, including coordinating with internal, and third-party datacenter teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of trends in Collaboration services and Unified Communications
  • Advanced understanding of multiple hardware vendors and technologies

Preferred
  • 3+ years automating administration related actions related to collaboration services.
  • Advanced knowledge of supporting services such as server OS and Network Services.

The general pay range for this position is$101,685 - $151,435 per year. Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles, and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
