As a Lead Computer Operator, you will be responsible for computer operations equipment and security on the assigned shift. The Lead Computer Operator ensures that production and testing are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The Lead operator prepares the daily status reports of problems on their shift.

What you'll do
- Monitor batch processing cycles, notifying correct teams of any errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain a log of job activity.
- Support project and programmer activity.
- Perform data transfers to third-party organizations as required.

What you'll need
- High school education.
- Working knowledge of the Windows operating system.
- Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
