A financial services company is looking to hire a Lead Analyst to join their team. This person will be managing end to end project management, leading multiple dependencies upstream and downstream, data mapping and data gapping analysis, and managing a team of 5 analysts to ensure the design, build, test, and develop of the project is going smoothly. This role is a hybrid role located in Bangalore, India.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years experience with Data Map & Gap Analysis and Ability to produce Source to Target transformation in an Excel (pseudo code)
- Efficient in SQL (Basic and Complex SQL queries) which helps in data mining.
- Good Communication skills
- Agile working experience partnering with Technology teams (Includes design, build, test and implement).
- leadership experience

Banking experience (preferred)
