We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Data Scientist in our Medicare Member Experience Data Science Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of data science models and solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment to improve the quality of our Medicare Stars program.

As the Lead Data Scientist, you will interact with a core team of fellow data scientists to develop machine learning models and solutions that drive improvements in healthcare member experience and operational performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, domain experts, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, define objectives, and deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive experience (5+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment, preferably in healthcare or related industries.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.

Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and experience with relevant GCP services (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, AI Platform).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Graph Data modeling, Hands on experience with Neo4j knowledge about Graph Database & Graph theory
