Looking for a PRODUCT LEADER that is curious about improving member communication at every turn. The specific role is to lead our Consumer Ecosystem offering on TEAM CLARITY. In this role, you can expect to be challenged to create a growing interconnected network of services to both manage and distribute content to provide clear bring answers to consumers. You will work with a highly motivated team that delivers intuitive information to consumers - providing fast answers that are quietly engaging. We stay on top of the latest trends and use full set of tools including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and the full resources of the biggest healthcare company in the world.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • TREND - Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends to continuously enhance our Content Ecosystem offering. Understand competitive landscape and market pressures leading consumer health content. Discover, lead, and implement upgrades ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption for clients
  • STRATEGY - Shape the future of the Content Ecosystem digital experiences and how we package content to provide ultimate value to our clients. Partner with digital teams to enable business outcomes, enhance task completion for our members, lead enablement of self-service and ultimately deliver outstanding product performance and enterprise success
  • PRIORITY - Lead Content Ecosystem through the full product lifecycle. This includes trend, strategy, design, development, management, and end-of-life for new, existing, or acquired products. Lead the team(s) to deliver prioritized work that ensures growth and delivery goals are met. Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and adjust current product offerings
  • PERFORMANCE - Develop and refine the strategic vision for the Content Ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Drive the coordination of experiences, leveraging capital budgets and technology funding for optimal outcomes. Ensure product performance meets expectations, making updates to improve competitive positioning and meet customer / market needs. Manage to the P&L alongside internal operations support and partner with stakeholders to define and drive product direction
  • TEAM - Provide leadership to multiple layers of management and senior-level professional staff including team build-out. Mentor and develop a high-performing team to consistently achieve exceptional results. Partner closely with digital content and delivery teams to support task completion, call center coordination, and call reduction initiatives. Act as an enabling function to enhance user experiences, streamline operations and grow revenue streams

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product, with a focus on content, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and content delivery
  • 5+ years digital experience aligned with consumer facing product and experience delivery within Healthcare, Retail or Insurance industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic environment; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.); specifically heavy PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven track record leading teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Proven ability to display a deep understanding and interest in digital trends and content delivery
  • Proven impactful communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven pronounced strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends to continuously improve user experience
  • Proven ability to deliver long-term strategies to enhance content delivery
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including product teams, engineers, and business leaders
  • Demonstrated interest in analytical and problem-solving, with a knack for overcoming technical and business challenges
  • Proven ability to articulate a vision - delivering the 'why' behind the outcomes we focus on. Ensuring that initiatives deliver tangible value to the organization
