  • As a contributing member of the Advanced EW Department, Technology Fusion Section, you will be integrated with various activities associated with the development of leading edge technology advancing the warfighter capabilities in the Electromagnetic Spectrum environment.
  • Work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary engineering teams to guide the development, analysis and test of advanced Electronic Warfare and RF solutions, utilizing the subject matter expertise of other team members in the areas of AI, RF and digital receiver technology.
  • Apply breadth of knowledge and experience to investigate customer needs and develop a system solution with the team, through the definition of specific system level requirements, and follow through to allocate functions to various elements/components of a design solution.
  • Support department management in specific marketing activities through current and potential customer interfaces by presenting and advancing department capabilities and internal research achievements.

  • Gain technical understand and stay abreast of department portfolio, expertise and capabilities.
  • Perform technical leadership role on assigned programs, supporting Program Managers in the definition and accomplishment of technical work packages, to include schedule and budgets.
  • Lead internal and external meetings to address technical activities.
  • Perform required system level trades and analyses.
  • Define parameters for the verification of system solution to meet customer requirements.

  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 8-12 years years: Experience working DoD airborne systems related to performance in the electromagnetic spectrum. A minimum of two years should be in a role providing systems engineering and technical leadership. Experience should include systems analysis, design and testing.
  • Demonstrated technical excellence through a variety of challenging assignments, work under moderate to minimal supervision, and demonstrated ability for having accountability for completing assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to create technical publications and reports.
  • 5-10 years: Demonstrated ability in multiple technology areas such as RF systems, firmware development, hardware design, AI/ML, etc. Ability to cross multiple technology areas to derive unique solutions to customer requirements.
  • A valid/clear driver's license is required.
