Make a Difference
The Lead Epic Analyst in professional billing will be the knowledgeable authority on their primary area of responsibilities and provide support to other teams, and Community Health Network end users. This position will use methodology to independently perform system life cycle tasks, such as planning, system analysis, design, application building, testing, maintenance, support, and completing or facilitating special project work. The Lead Analyst will be the system thinker, understanding the interdependencies of the application, understanding performance improvement and project management methodologies, and modeling those skills.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and have a positive attitude toward application building.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent areas required.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• 5 years or more of IT-related experience or 3 years of IT Sr. Analyst experience required.
• Current or previous Epic certification is strongly preferred.
• This position is hybrid if you reside within a 60-mile radius parameter of Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256. If you are outside of the 60-mile radius you can work remotely.
