Job Description:

In the role as a Lead Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting and documenting more complex financial analysis projects, works on problems of diverse scope including the development of financial models and analysis of financial reports, trends, and opportunities. You will support Mid Markets and Small Business Segment and collaborate with both finance peers and operational partners.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide interactive financial support for Small Business/Mid-Markets Operations Team
  • Gathers, interprets, and evaluates financial information and other relevant data.
  • Develops recommendations to achieve the organizations financial objectives.
  • Determines financial consequences of alternative methods, plans and strategies.
  • Build and maintain budget and outlook forecast model (inputs include salary by level, commissions, benefits rate)
  • Evaluates financial results including cost, volumes and unit cost performance, commissions and 3rd party vendor analysis
  • Performs complex data modeling and financial analysis.
  • Evaluate Segment processes and recommend improvements to maximize cash flow performance and EBITDA results
  • Manage large volumes of data and synthesize it to make recommendations to senior management.
  • Able to automate processes when collecting and working with information from various sources.
  • Short term forecasting and long-term planning


Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5-7 years.

Principal Functional Skills / Competencies associated with this Title:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct sophisticated financial analysis
  • Detailed, results and deadline oriented
  • Advanced Excel skills including the ability to build and maintain financial models and perform financial analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective Presentations and PowerPoint Skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to delve into a problem and understand root cause
  • Financial Reporting, Forecasting and Modeling
  • Budget and HC Management
  • Knowledge of Financial and Accounting Systems [MR2020 / FDW]
  • Knowledge of Wireline and Wireless Products a plus but not required
  • SQL / Access and Power BI a plus but not required
