Lead Frontend Engineer

An employer is looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to join their team (hybrid 1 day a week onsite in Austin, TX). The Lead will be responsible for the patient portal application as the team looks to enhance/rewrite their design system. This person will lead the research for the design and provide hands-on coding to help implement it. Once complete, this person will continue coding and writing components in react to ensure scalability. He/she will join a team with 2 Principal Developers and 1 Senior Developer who have a strong understanding of the current system and the gaps. Additionally, the lead will work closely with the UX team.
Compensation for this role is 160-175k per year annually plus bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
