Role: Lead FSE Developer
10+ years of IT
Hybrid in Dallas, TX

Roles/Responsibilities:
Sr. Developer/Lead working on maintenance product applications.
Should be able to provide solutions to complex business requirement
Collaborates with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements
Troubleshoots and debugs complex issues; identifies and implements solutions
Creates detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates
Should be flexible to work with Offshore team
Supports the development of coding standards and adheres to best practices and security guidelines

Required:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Should have hands on exp of Angular
• Should have hands on knowledge of Node JS as back-end service
• Should be able to develop API using Node JS
• Should have knowledge on JavaScript
• Should have clear understanding on Cloud Technology (Azure is preferred)
• Experience with build and deployment tools like Git
• Experience building and working with DevOps Toolchains (SonarQube, Github actions, Jenkins) - Cloud Azure
• Demonstrates great communication skills and initiative to solve problems and convey solutions to peers and product owners
• Should have good analytical skills
• Should have very good communication skill and should be able to assess and analyze work with client independently

Skillset Must Have - Angular, Node JS, MongoDB
Nice to have - Azure cloud, GraphQL

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
