Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

The Senior Software Development Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the business. The role creates robust and scalable software applications that streamline various processes within the insurance domain, such as policy management, claims processing, and risk assessment. They understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, conduct code reviews and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

5+ years of full stack development experience & writing code
Lead Developer experience mentoring junior developers & managing offshore teams
Google Cloud Platform experience and ability to code in Typescript
Strong Javascript experience
Strong Node.js experience
