Insight Global is searching for 1 strong HashiCorp Lead Engineer to join our rapidly growing CyberSecurity client. This is a quickly growing team, who has chosen the contract-to-hire strategy to scale up their team. They will be joining a Secrets Management team, which owns Cryptography related solutions for the overall IAM organization. They will be working specifically on HashiCorp Vault Enterprise and Terraform, performing day-to-day operations and engineering for the vault environment. They will be supporting all new initiatives around the vault, working on more heads-down day-to-day engineering work rather than people management. They will be the acting SME around HashiCorp Vault, and will be helping the Director with strategy and design, especially as we approach quarterly planning. They will be an integral team member, supporting the organization in thinking out of the box, pushing the envelope around capabilities for the Vault environment. The intent is to convert these new hires to FTE upon positive performance, with positions already budgeted and approved as part of this effort to expand the team long-term.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years on HashiCorp Vault Enterprise
Strong experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform (Terraform Enterprise preferred)
Cloud Technologies + On-Prem environments
o AWS, Azure, GCP
PKI + Certificate Management
Highly regulated enterprise environment (ideally banking/finance)

Thales
ServiceNow or SailPoint
HashiCorp Certification
CyberArk Experience
