GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Lead, Indirect Procurement (Projects) position is responsible for supporting procurement processes and system improvements, managing, and maintaining Security for both Coupa and PeopleSoft systems, and supporting the functions of project management that are being driven by the Project Manager.

The base salary range for this role is $75,700 - $113,650. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Project Management
• Lead projects with complex scope, budget, and timeline requirements in partnership with Supervisor.
• Work independently and communicate with both Business and IT teams to analyze business processes, suggest improvements, build procurement Business Cases that lead to process and system enhancements.
• Initiate PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholder communications.
• Secure, analyze, and report on data needed for procurement projects; help build procurement reporting and dashboards.
• Document requirements for all procurement projects, work through use cases, and report on Cost Savings initiatives.
• Track and report on procurement activities and project progress.
Procurement System Maintenance
• Responsible for System Admin duties for both Coupa and PeopleSoft systems.
• Maintain User Access and provide full support during procurement system upgrades and maintenance.
• Evaluate procurement systems for process and system improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and report on software user system licenses.
• Document procurement system security policies.
• Lead internal and external system audits and Identity Management (IDM) attestation.
• Train team members on purchasing tools and system updates and upgrades.
• Participate in IT monthly prioritization meetings regarding system ticket requests and enhancements.
• Develop system user guide to document procedures and update changes periodically.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business, Economics or Computer Science).
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft and COUPA functions (preferably Procurement functions) is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in front peers and executive audiences.
• 5+ years of work-related experience.
• Very good organizational skills - must be able to manage and meet multiple daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
• Ability to accept responsibility and work independently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

This role requires regular in-office presence, including attending in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
