Description

  • Provide virtual support for all district assessments administered on online assessment platforms.
  • Create training modules and asynchronous courses for DAN for campuses
  • Provide professional development training for DAN three times yearly.
  • Provide customized training on DAN to campuses and departments upon request.
  • Create and quality control assessments in the All In Learning platform.
  • Utilize adult learning understandings to create cohesive effective and efficient interactions for professional development sessions.
  • Collaborate with assessment staff to develop presentations for district and network use in professional development sessions, meetings and for district reporting purposes.
  • Create online assessment training modules for all teachers, coaches, and district staff.
  • Organize, communicate information and concepts for various presentations for a variety of audiences.
  • Maintain and update default settings, user roles and security parameters on the online assessment platforms.
  • Maintain training materials and provide needed edits based on new releases or updates from vendors.
  • Create customized training plans based on needs and level of experience for teachers, coaches, and district staff.
  • Develop yearly professional development plans for online platform training.
  • Develop and implement new strategies to streamline the process for online testing.
  • Flexibility to independently on creating items, building assessments, and gathering detailed data reports.
  • Work with detailed information/data; and maintain confidentiality.
  • Resolve testing irregularities for high stakes district assessments.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks successfully to meet established timelines and deadlines.
  • Utilize problem solving skills to troubleshoot online testing issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Complete ad hoc assignments as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
  • Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (USA equivalent) in a directly related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Four years of directly related experience.
  • Valid Texas Teaching Certificate, preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong training and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates strong written and oral language skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to work and communicate with diverse audience.
  • Demonstrates experience with online assessment platforms.
  • Demonstrates excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication in written and oral form and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to present to audiences of varying sizes.
