Our client, a leading healthcare organization known for its dedication to quality and innovation, is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Inventory Analyst to join their team. The Lead Inventory Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of capital assets and supporting the overall efficiency of inventory operations.

Lead Inventory Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels for capital equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Develop and implement inventory management protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, design solutions and implement system enhancements
  • Analyze and troubleshoot inventory issues, providing technical support and training to end-users
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor inventory performance and support decision-making processes

Lead Inventory Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in capital purchasing
  • In-depth knowledge of capital requirements and depreciation
  • Experience with Lawson/Infor
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Healthcare capital procurement experience preferred
  • Understanding of Premier GPO website preferred
  • Understanding of ECRI capital review preferred
