We are actively seeking a Sr IT Support Specialist to join an established IT department that supports both local and national locations. This individual will be responsible for handling both hardware and software related issues for computers, servers, and workstations for both administrative and field locations. Additional to IT admin and technical support responsibilities, the Sr IT Support Specialist will be charged to help lead Technicians on the team by training and mentoring new support technicians. Ideally, we are seeking someone to come into this role that is able to help implement new processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the service desk team longterm. This role would be required to primarily work onsite in Georgetown Ky.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of IT support experience
2+ years of leadership experience mentoring junior employees
Experience supporting o365, LAN, and general hardware/software issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
