We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer candidate for a role on one of our Federal projects in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop specifications, and implement software solutions.
• Develop and maintain software documentation and design specifications.
• Ensure that software applications are properly tested and meet quality standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in software development.
• Lead development projects and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Federal Client Requires US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a team lead.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on developing complex software applications.
• Strong development experience with Angular.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with technologies including Spring, React, Angular, or Vue.js,
• Familiarity with RESTful API and AJAX.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Microservices such as Spring Boot, Zuul Proxy, PDFJS, Esign Live, or Alfresco Activiti BPM.
• Familiarity with Mongo, JSON, and OpenShift.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development practices such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead development projects and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
