Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building and implementing top-notch capabilities.

• Should have very good hands-on experience in the requested skill sets (Java, Spring boot, Microservices, Angular, CI/CD pipelines and exposure to Azure cloud).

• Should have at least 8/9+ years of experience in development.

• Identifying and troubleshooting issues wherever required.

• Providing technical support for clearing bottlenecks and obstacles

• Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance of applications.

• Should have technical skills to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact efficiently with customers

Qualifications:

• 8+ year experienced Lead FSE (Java / Spring Boot / Microservices / Angular)

• Ability to write their own CI/CD pipelines to deploy the components developed

• Exposure to cloud services (Preferably Azure)

• Has highly collaborative working style. Can build and lead a team of high performing engineers.

• Willing to learn new technologies and enjoys working in a dynamic fast paced environment.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 - $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
