Lead Java/ReactJs Engineer
We are seeking a Lead Java/ReactJs Engineer with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in React JS SQL and Java along with domain experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This role involves leading software development projects ensuring high-quality code and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of software applications using React JS SQL and Java to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the software through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Implement best practices for coding testing and deployment to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that address their challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the context of Medicare and Medicaid Claims.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance the functionality and performance of our software solutions.
Qualifications
• Possess a deep understanding of React JS SQL and Java
• Proven experience in developing complex software applications.
• Demonstrate extensive domain knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer with the ability to apply this expertise to software development.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

The annual salary for this position is between $102,600- $162,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
