Summary:
The Lead Lifeguard will support Recreation Supervisors and Recreation ManagersinHyTides Waterpark at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells. Responsibilities include being a leader to all of the Lifeguard staff, having knowledge of pool regulations and procedures and keeping colleagues accountable for following such procedures, as well as maintaining a safe andclean poolenvironment. Other responsibilities may be assigned by management team.

Qualifications:
CPR/Life Guard Certificate.

Knowledge of pool safety and procedures.

Able to lead and inspire teams.

Comfortable working in varying hot/cold weather outdoors.

Good physical strength and stamina to stand throughout shift and lif/push/pull moderate weight.

Flexible schedule availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
