About the Role:

The CGMA® Finance Leadership Programme is a competency-based digital learning experience option for students to earn the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation - the most relevant global finance qualification for a career in business, held by 150,000 finance professionals worldwide. The programme runs on a bespoke student platform developed and maintained by AICPA-CIMA. The lead manager will oversee the operational aspects of the learning programme, the student platform, and integrated systems.

This role is remote, and will report into the Associate Director of Product Development and Operations.

You Will:

In partnership with other team members, you will work in these main areas:

Student Platform Operations

* Manage student platform operations of the partner-related aspects, and any related systems integrations

* Improve platform enhancements for partner-related aspects

* Create, configure and manage several product options on the online learning platform

* Participate in ongoing platform feature enhancement and design to improve overall student and admin user experience.

* Partner with internal and third-party IT support to report on any technical issues and see those issues through to close

Internal Support

* Develop and deliver training to team members on both the student-facing and back-end admin sides of the platform.

* Keep team members up to date on new features and any temporary system outages. Collect feedback and implement beneficial suggestions.

* Provide 2nd tier support on any technical issues coming from students or admins.

Partner Management

* Manage our partners who deliver the live classroom and exam review portion of the platform.

* Ensure partners are handling course administration responsibilities.

* Ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement of the partner delivered experiences.

Student Progression & Feedback

* Analyse student usage data to identify improvement opportunities.

* Collect and manage student feedback through online tools and by holding focus groups

* Work with training delivery partners to identity students with several progression needs so that training delivery partners can provide additional progression support to those students

Reporting & Metrics

* Maintain dashboards to show important metrics to team members.

Special Projects

* Manage, plan, schedule monthly operational meetings.

* Other special projects and tasks to support online learning platform users or add new business models.

You Have:

* Bachelor's degree required

* Extensive experience in a learning programme management and operations, including working with complex systems

* Experience with vendor/contractor management

* Experience developing professional online learning and competence assessment products.

* Understanding of the finance and accounting profession
