Responsibilities

  • First point of contact in response to patient and clinic issues
  • Coordinates the day-to-day operations at the front desk
  • Oversees patient flow to ensure patient wait times are minimized
  • Acts as the point of contact for patient complaints and assists in resolving the issue in collaboration with the clinic manager
  • Ensures thathigh quality, cost efficient care that supports the UT Health Primary Care model is delivered

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience posting payments and charge entry
  • A minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
