Lead Pega Engineer

• Pega Lead System Architect - Part I (Architecture)
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect ( CSSA )
• Pega Certified System Architect ( CSA )

Responsibilities:

• Establish best practices and oversee the team
• Leadership - Not leading a team, but from big picture
• Role will be hands on development
• POC's
• Development, maintenance, and production issues
• Assess areas of improvement

Must have:

• Sr/Lead level Pega Developer on Customer Service Platform
• Pega certifications (not picky, he mentioned Pega Systems Architect)
• Thinkers, what improvements can be made - Doesn't want just a builder (they have this already)

Required Qualifications:

• Under graduate degree
• 8+ years experience of hands on development experience with PEGA versions 7.x to 8.x
• The individual holds Pega certifications as either a Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (CLSA) and has demonstrable expertise in performance monitoring and tuning Pega and/or other BPMS products, preferably, in a cloud environment
• Web services/Integration experience
• Experience leveraging PEGA provided Performance tools such as:
  • Performance Analyzer (PAL)
  • Database Trace
  • Tracer
  • Performance Profiler
  • Log viewer
  • PEGA Autonomic Event Services (AES) or Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC)
