Client has openings for both a Lead and Mid-Level Pega System Architect to join the team of one of our San Diego based customers. This role can sit remotely within the US and will support work both onshore and offshore. 

Our Client is in the midst of a multi-year business transformation, on the tech side, shifting to a more modern cloud-based architecture. This shift is  from legacy siloed-channel based models where systems, logic and data teams run channel by channel independently. 

The goal:

Leveraging Pega systems as a core cloud platform, Customer Decision Hub to drive consumer-oriented experience and drive more next best action decisioning and interaction.

Investing in core Pega platform for Customer Service and business process automation.

CDH has been implemented, Customer Service has not, we're driving the need for more Customer Service oriented Architects.

An iterative approach is highly desired from candidates. 

Working in Scrum 'fusion' teams with a blend of technology, business technologist resources, testers and SME's. 


System Architect Responsivities: 


This is an Engineer/Developer that specializes in CDH.

The lead will oversee the workstreams to make sure they're aligned with best practices, when they want to do upgrades, more platform-wide strategy.

The lead will set the strategy for reusability, modularity and scalability across business units.

The ability to communicate with the business is vital. 

Candidates will have a strong background in Pega Customer Service projects.

Implementation and customization of user interface, agent front-end, constellation framework, JavaScript on the back end.

Responsive UI's. 

Creating development stories, unit testing and handing off to QA. 

Education: Bachelors Degree
