Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day clinic operations.
- Assist in meeting financial targets to increase productivity/revenue and reduce overall costs. Assist in monitoring and preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff. Apply progressive discipline when appropriate. Participate in hiring and termination procedures. Establish staffing patterns with physician schedules.
- Develop and implement performance improvement projects that improve quality, efficiency of care, patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.
- Assist with the development of a marketing plan.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
