Lead Process Analyst - INTL Brazil

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr

Our CPG client is looking for a Lead Process Analyst to join their Intelligence Automation team within the Data & Analytics organization to support the end-to-end process analysis, design, and optimization using Lean Six Sigma principals. You will utilize process mining and task mining tools to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization, develop and run process simulations to predict outcomes and guide decision-making, create detailed process maps, documentation, and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations, as well as use programming languages to automate data collection and analysis. You will work closely with the Technical Product Owners, Development teams, Platform teams, and other cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and data-driven decision-making and solutioning that align with the business.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years minimum of experience in process analysis, process improvement or similar role

Process mining and task mining

Process automation in an RPA environment/team

Active experience with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Task mining tools: Celonis or UiPath Mining

Process Automation tools: UiPath or Automation Anywhere

Programming in Python, R or Java

AWS and/or Azure
