Job Description:

Job responsibilities of the program finance analyst include monitoring the progression and distribution of costs associated with assigned programs. Ensuring programs costs are within negotiated and contractual parameters and government cost control guidelines. Analyzes or assits in the analysis of funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Ensures compliance to company and industry financial policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• The position requires the candidate to have excellent analytical skills and the ability to prepare and present information to customers as well as the program management team and senior level management.
• Earned Value Management Systems, (EVMS) experience is a plus.
• 2 years of financial experience including; sales/profit/cash forecasting, direct ledger reconciliation, invoicing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and SOX compliance.
• The candidate will be self-motivated and be able to work complex tasks independently while meeting tight deadlines.
