Job Description:

Lead Quality Analyst needs 5-8 years experience

Lead Quality Analyst requires:
  • hybrid based in our Charlotte Office
  • Good understanding of financial mathematics, Actuarial and controller systems.
  • Enterprise Automation - Robotic Process Automation
  • Performance Testing knowledge preferred
  • Ability to take an active, visible role in supporting change efforts (change agent)
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities for cost-savings and efficiency improvement
  • Proficient in DataStage, Informatica, SSIS, SSRS, OBIEE, OAC and Tableau reports testing
  • Good knowledge in ETL test automation testing tool - ETL Validator
  • Strong experience in ETL testing with experience in IRW (Investment Reporting Warehouse) & Financial domain
  • Excellent Domain Knowledge on Securities, Mortgages, Derivatives, Peoplesoft and Investments
  • Significant understanding on Budget & Forecasting, Actuarial
  • Experience with Data warehouse ETL testing, and strong analytical skills
  • Hands on experience in ePAM source system by SSGX
  • Experience in APEX and FileNet applications process validation
  • Experience in understanding DW concepts
  • Should have strong SQL skills (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server or equivalent)
  • Experience in data analysis/Data Modelling
  • Experience in handling PII data
  • Experience in UNIX and scheduling tools (Ex: Autosys)
  • Automation Scripting Experience -Selenium, ETL Validator or similar toolset

Nice to have
  • Testing Certifications Ex: ISTQB, HP UFT Certifications, PMP and Oracle Certifications etc.
  • Qualification & Industry Expertise
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience (Team Member / Lead)

Lead Quality Analyst duties:
  • Define the test strategies for Functional, Automation, Regression and Smoke Testing
  • Understand and implement the testing processes utilizing adequate QA tools & processes
  • Deploy and manage test frameworks; define and implement QA metrics framework.
  • Own (Lead) / Contribute (Member) to the end-to-end testing tasks like scoping, estimation, planning, work allocation, resource management, test design & execution, defect management, progress tracking & status reporting, management reporting, UAT support, test closure etc.
  • Prepare functional and automation test plans and coordinate for timely availability of test data & environments
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with project teams, test teams and support partners across US & India
