Lead React Native Developer

An Insight Global client is looking for a Lead React Native Developer to help develop standardized web and mobile apps for each of their 7 brands. The goal of this team is to standardize a development framework across web and mobile applications to make them more scalable, easy to maintain, and easier to onboard future brands. The Lead Developer will be responsible working closely with the 3rd party development team to perform code reviews to ensure code quality for optimal performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of react native development experience
o Previous experience conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and increase code efficiency
- Strong fundamental understanding of iOS and Android lifecycle and the necessary integration points with React Native.
- Experience with Jira & Confluence or similar agile tools.
- Experience in various deployment strategies.
- Experience in various testing and experimentation strategies with app development.

Plusses:
- Experience working with offshore teams

$130,000-$145,000 - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
