This person is being brought on to help build reusable web components. They specifically will be helping build the buttons and widgets on the website by utilizing React components. They will be managing an offshore team consisting of developers and QA members, so having excellent written and verbal communication is key. They need to be self-organized, be able to work cross functionally with UX, development, and scrum teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Computer science degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years experience with SDLC and Agile experience
Client-side code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Ability to manage onshore and offshore teams
React, Angular, Vue.js, or other client side JavaScript frameworks.
Developing software using Next.js or. NET MVC
Experience with web analytics tool such as Adobe or Google.
Experience using agile methodologies to deliver software projects.
Experience with Github, Gitlab, or Bitbucket

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

TypeScript, GraphQL, Gatsby, Sitecore.
