Scripps Green offers a wide range of clinical and surgical services, including organ transplant, oncology care, cardiothoracic and orthopedic surgery, interventional cardiology and blood and bone marrow transplant.
Join our close-knit IR team where you will feel like part of the family. With approximately 15 cases/day, this hardworking team supports each other and works toward the common goal of the best patient care possible. Job duties to include:
• prep and recovery,
• minor procedures, and interventional procedures requiring moderate sedation.
• Schedule RNs daily/monthly
• Ability to train new staff
• Charge duties 3 days/wk
*$4K New Hire Retention Incentive, $3K Relocation if moving from 100+ miles.

- Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Qualifications
Required Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Minimum two (2) years IR experience
- standby call required, afterhours, weekends, and holidays
- Current CA RN License.
- Current BLS/ACLS. NIH certifications required upon completion of department orientation.
- Leadership experience required.
- ability to communicate effectively.
- critical thinking skills and ability to develop and implement standard work/process improvements.
