A large financial organization is seeking a Lead Software Engineer that will sit hybrid onsite in downtown Cincinnati Ohio. As an experienced Angular Web Developer, you will play a key role in building the next generation of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, build, and iterate on features using modern web development stacks.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading technical decision-making and providing mentorship to other developers

* Developing complex front-end systems using Angular and other modern frameworks

* Optimizing performance and scalability of web applications

* Establishing and promoting best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability

* Contributing to architectural discussions and technology roadmap planning

* Identifying and implementing new technologies to enhance our web stack

* Building frontends that consume GraphQL, REST, and Swagger / OpenAPI

* Strong understanding of Branching Methodologies and implementation using GitHub

Required Skills & Experience

* 7+ years of professional experience with web development

* Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Angular (version 14 or newer) framework

* Experience with Nx and module federation

* A strong grasp of web performance, security, and accessibility principles

* Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers

* Outstanding communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

* Passion for staying on top of emerging technologies and trends

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Micro front end experience

* Node.js, Docker, and microservice architectures

* AWS, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps (CI/CD) processes utilizing Jenkins

* Agile methodologies

* Experience using the following test automation tools: Jasmine, Karma, and WebdriverIO

* Experience developing in an OSX environment, using Visual Studio Code
