Technical/Functional Skills

o Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), Territory management, Route optimization in health care domain

o Experience with Health Cloud data model and business logics, specifically experience with related modules like Home Health, Provider Management, Intelligent Appointment Management, Claims etc,.

o Experience migrating from FSL to Health cloud

o Experience working with the Service Cloud

o Ability to configure, test, and debug Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes

o Experience with coding

o Apex with experience calling SOAP/REST integration services preferred

o Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Integrations (API)

o Experience with Apex, triggers, flows, Batch Processing, Bulk API

o Has expertise in working on Cloud and On Prem Salesforce development efforts

o Has experience integrations with various api's using Lightning framework

o Familiarity with working in VS Code

o Git, GitHub, or Gitlab experience

o Salesforce DX

o Salesforce CLI
