Responsibilities
- Ensure production reliability, availability, and performance of live traffic platform services by integrating and improving team collaboration to deploy, deliver, monitor, and develop tools for payment services.
- Design and implement software platforms and monitor frameworks for efficient, automated and intelligent service-oriented architecture (SOA) governance.
- Implement reliable, fault-tolerant, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructures and maintain them by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall health of the system.
- Create, manage, and integrate software to automate and secure public cloud environments.
- Develop solutions that can support large capacity and scale reliability in a 24/7 environment.
- Collaborate with the Information Security operational teams to support monitoring capabilities.
- Debug and troubleshoot, including identifying root causes and developing new debugging tools.
- Maintain services to meet service-level-agreements (SLAs) or service-level-objectives (SLOs) by measuring and monitoring availability, performance, and overall system health.
- Scale systems sustainability through mechanisms such as automation, evolve systems reliability, efficiency, and velocity by pushing for changes.
- Practice sustainable incident response and postmortems.
- Provide technical directions and mentorship on payment systems and coding standards to other engineers in the team.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
- Designing and automating the end-to-end DevOps ecosystem, including the SDLC from inception to design, deployment, operation, and refinement;
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts integrated with CI/CD systems, and building robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional and regression testing;
- Building and testing software solutions using Agile methodology and DevOps development practices;
- Developing CI/CD tools in Python and writing automation Bash Shell scripts; and
- Identifying, recording, resolving, and documenting software bugs, including tracking bugs and test metrics.

Salary Range: $224000 - $410000 per year
