Job Description:

Under general supervision and according to established policies, procedures, and in compliance with federal and state laws, to perform contract abor sourcing and onboarding. Duties include interviewing and assessment of qualifications of applicants; and referring qualified candidates to user departments. To collaborate with leaders and vendors to align recruitment efforts with unit needs, new unit openings, and problem-solving related to coverage needs of the organization as a whole.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing and five (5) years of related experience including experience with interviewing, selection processes and scheduling required. Work experience may NOT substituted for education requirement. Previous leadership experience preferred. Experience with implementation of applicant tracking/recruitment management systems preferred.
