This Lead will be tasked with supporting a team of developers with a major project on a long-term contract for this public entity. This lead needs to have an excellent understanding of full-stack, Java development a solid understanding of web and mobile engineering principals, quality assurance and integration to identify and implement solutions to technical problems. Strong communication is CRUCIAL as they will be working as the primary layer of support on a close-knit team.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree with 7+ years of combined experience working as a web and mobile developer (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong experience leading developers, end-to-end
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
- Experience with modern React
- Experience with Java
- Experience building and consuming API's
- Experience with Spring frameworks and microservices knowledge
- Experience building containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in the public sector (regulatory compliance, complex stakeholders, etc.)
