Insight Global is looking for a Lead Radiologic Technologist for a large hospital system in Houston, TX. This person will act as a bridge between staff and management, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to the following: organize work schedules and delegate work assignments; review and edit time cards for accuracy; conduct quality assurance audits; develop and implement quality improvement activities; train, mentor and develop staff; and provide feedback on staff performance or development needs.
