Location: Cambridge, MA 02138

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Scale: $50 - $54/hr.

Job Description:
  • Create a comprehensive training strategy and framework that addresses the current and future needs of the IT Client Services staff.
  • Gather input, identify training needs, and ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop a diverse training program that includes both soft skills (e.g., communication, teamwork) and technical skills (e.g., system administration, troubleshooting).
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, including Human Resources and the Center for Workplace Development, to develop and validate training content aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the rollout and implementation of the training programs, ensuring effective delivery through various formats such as online courses, workshops, and self-paced learning modules.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and feedback mechanisms to assess the impact of training initiatives, measure program success, and provide progress updates to stakeholders, including staff, managers, and leadership.
