A client of Insight Global is looking for a Learning Systems Implementation Manager in Atlanta, GA. Activities Include:
Create a comprehensive strategy for learning management systems (LMS), content management systems (CMS), and content creation tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with learning and development goals.
Engage with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and end-u to capture insights and feedback.
Evaluate current learning systems to determine which ones can be used as a part of the International Technology Ecosystem
Evaluate, recommend, and select LMS, CMS, and content creation systems based on business needs, scalability, and technological capabilities. Weigh should be given to solutions that we currently have a MSA for.
Define and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on maximizing the value delivered by learning systems.
Maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that address both user and business requirements.
Prioritize user stories in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-impact features.
Lead the agile process from sprint planning to execution, ensuring alignment with the learning systems strategy.
Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, clarifying requirements and resolving blockers.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of learning systems, ensuring that they meet technical and business requirements.
Work closely with other functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning systems.
Facilitate change management and end-user training efforts for system rollouts.
**requires 8 days/month onsite in Atlanta, GA**

Compensation:
$65/hr to $75/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record of implementing and managing LMS platforms, content management systems (CMS), or learning content creation tools.
Strong experience in managing complex implementation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, often demonstrated by a PMP or similar certification.
Familiarity with adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and how these apply to learning systems.
Ability to understand technical specifications and system integrations, including APIs, single sign-on (SSO), and data migration processes.
Expertise in working with external vendors and third-party providers to coordinate system implementations, support, and ongoing maintenance.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in assessing organizational learning needs, identifying the right learning technologies, and solving challenges during the implementation process.
Understanding of legal requirements, such as GDPR or other data privacy laws, and how they affect learning systems, especially in a global or multi-national context.
