The Leave Management Administrator will be responsible for administering leave, disability and workers compensation programs and take part in various process improvements of these plans to ensure a well-coordinated and empathetic employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years of disability claims and leave management experience
Experience with Dayforce software
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience partnering with field managers and Human Resources team members
Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associate or Bachelor's Degree
Process Improvement Skills

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
